Our puppy classes are held in Eltham, but we welcome puppy owners from Greenwich, Blackheath, Charlton and the surrounding areas.
With small classes, a calm environment and practical, reward-based training, we focus on giving you and your puppy skills that you'll use long after the five-week course has finished.

More than just puppy training
Bringing a new puppy home is exciting — but it can feel overwhelming too, especially when it comes to socialisation and training. These classes are designed to take the pressure off, giving your puppy a calm, controlled space to learn and grow at their own pace.
Every puppy is different. Some bound in full of confidence, others need a little more time to feel comfortable. That's completely normal, and it's exactly why class sizes are kept small — so every puppy gets the individual attention they need, without anyone feeling lost or overwhelmed.
Through gentle, positive socialisation, your puppy will learn to feel at ease around other dogs and new people — building the kind of confidence that carries into everyday life. Alongside that, they'll pick up the essential skills that make life together genuinely easier: from walking nicely on the lead to coming back when called, settling calmly, and navigating the world without fear or frustration.
Everything taught in class is practical and real-world ready — because the goal isn't just a well-behaved puppy in a training hall; it's a happy, confident dog out in the real world.
The aim is to give you practical skills that you can take beyond the classroom and use in everyday life.

How long is each class?
Each class lasts one hour.
Is there parking?
Yes — free street parking right by the school.
How many dogs per class?
Maximum 7 pups per class — small by design, so everyone gets proper attention.
How do I pay?
I'll send an invoice once you book. Payment must be made to secure your place — use your dog's name and surname as a reference.
What's the cancellation policy?
21 days' notice required. Late cancellations are non-refundable, though if your spot can be filled I'll do my best to offer a refund minus an admin fee.
How old should my puppy be?
Your puppy must have completed their vaccinations.

Deansfield Primary School, Eltham, SE9 1XP — indoors and in the playground
What if my puppy is nervous?
My priority is always to make sure your puppy feels safe and comfortable enough to learn. I won't force your puppy to interact with people or other dogs, and we'll work at a pace they're able to cope with.
Can the whole family come?
Yes — everyone is welcome. Children must be supervised.
What If I miss a class?
I'll send you the notes from the session so you can keep up with the course at home. As each place is reserved for the full course and numbers are limited, I'm unable to offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes.
